Available Positions

Sales Manager

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration sales in Indonesia
  • Execute Sales & Marketing activities to promote
    air-conditioning equipment and system
  • Expand & develop sales coverage through key customers
  • Maintain existing key accounts
  • Penetrating into new CR markets in Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh 

Requirement

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in handling
    HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration equipment or similar capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position
  • Team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Independent
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to speak Indonesian language advantageous

 

  
Customer Service Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle incoming telephone calls
  • Arrange and schedule technicians to attend to service calls
  • Prepare quotations to customers and follow up with them
  • Able to work independently and apply sound judgment
    in handling customers' feedback
  • Other administrative duties as and when assigned

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE ‘O' levels
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and ability to converse in
    Mandarin and/or Malay
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant experience will be an advantage

 

  

Credit Control Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage segment of Account Receivables portfolio
  • Check the credit status of customers who places orders on a daily basis; include resolving problematic orders that may arise due to overdue payments.
  • Provide ageing reports (reason for overdue & action taken by credit dept.) to salesperson related to assigned AR portfolio.
  • Meet salesperson related to assigned AR portfolio on a monthly basis to discuss plans/strategies to resolve disputes.
  • Facilitate processing of new/existing customers' accounts.
  • Assist in debt recovery, internal audits, enforcement of credit policy and ad-hoc projects
  • Manages administrative duties (e.g. filing and mailing of invoices, statements of accounts etc.) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirement

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Min. 2 years of working experience with 1 year of experience in credit administration.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to start work immediately

 

  

Technician

Requirements

  • NTC 2 or 3 in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration/Electrical/Building Service/Mechanical Servicing
  • Preferably with valid Class 3 driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing air-conditioning units and allied equipment
