Cycle
and Carriage. The name has been synonymous with the best car brands around
for the longest time. In Singapore, Cycle and Carriage (C&C) already
has three locations that maintain customer service, car sales and showrooms,
with their head office in a separate site.
And wouldn't you know it, since the best has always been known to go with the best, Cycle and Carriage's number one choice of aircon is none other than Carrier itself.
Out of the four locations under Cycle and Carriage, three of them run smoothly on Carrier's tender cooling systems at Pandan Loop, Pandan Garden and Eunos Link.
"At Pandan Loop, Carrier was installed about 10 years back, and when there's a need to replace, we always go back to Carrier because Carrier has been servicing C&C very well," said C&C's Chan Pak Hong, PBM, the Senior Property Executive.
To
add to the boundless praises, Hj Mohd Eusope Bin Othman from C&C's
HR Division stated that whenever there was a problem, the Carrier men
would be there as quick as lightning on their way to fixing the problem.
Like most car dealing sites, the workshops are usually very warm and this emphasises the importance to have a good aircon system to keep things cool.
As well, both Mohd Eusope and Pak Hong attribute another great asset that Carrier has given; the systems have saved unnecessary work for the security guards in the 12,000 square metres settings of Pandan Loop and Pandan Garden, and the 6,000 square metres locality in Eunos Link. With the new system, things are put on automatic timers.
"They are always advising and they do things as quickly as possible," quipped Pak Hong in reference to Carrier's men in the distinctive blue outfits. "Indeed, Carrier's tagline is quiet matching; the Carrier man can."
"Whatever
the technicians have done in the monthly checking, they usually take extra
time out to advice us on the cause of action to take for contingencies,
and we appreciate it very much," added Mohd Eusope.
Besides being satisfied with Carrier's after sales service, Mohd Eusope also mentioned that C&C always expect Carrier to have reasonably quotes when the time comes to upgrade or install new systems. And they have never been disappointed. This adds one more reason why Carrier is always their first and top choice when their minds drift to cool comforts.
"Carrier knows that we are very concern with pricing," stated Pak Hong matter-of-factly. "And they have always been in our good books."
Quality
and professionalism ensued in the conversation in honour of all that was
Carrier's. And so like C&C, Carrier is looked upon as being "…
a very caring company so far as the service is concerned," prided
Pak Hong.
"C&C is a quality company. As such, we only go for the best," Mohd Eusope concluded.
So, drive away with the newest and sleekest, but you can't take Carrier with you, not if you don't get your own system.
