"The technology of air-cons have very little comparable difference", stated Mr Young. "It is the after-sales service that really matters." "I have a contract with them to provide a 24-hour standby service," explained Mrs Young, "and it is well-worth the money. Their speed of response is impressive, they're extremely polite, clean and thorough. Carrier is a pleasure to deal with", said Mrs Young emphatically. "The other thing I like about Carrier systems is that it combines the aesthetics of a central air-con with efficiency. Less energy is used and thus a lower cost incurred."
Mr Young also points out that the condensing unit is placed at the back of the house, which means there's only one servicing point. "But even though it's at the back, I enjoy cool humidified air in the entire house - even in the rooms at the front," says Mr Young.
"Compared to other air-cons I've experienced over the years, I think this is the best I've had and I recommend Carrier to friends and family. Up till today, the Carrier man still can!", chirped Mr Young.
