Marina Square is a 59,000 square metre shopping mall with three adjoining luxury hotels having a combined total of more than 2,000 guest rooms.
This is the only flagship project in Singapore that uses sea water cooling condensers and cuprous-nickel (70/30) tubes to completely eliminate the need for cooling towers.
