Marina Square is a 59,000 square metre shopping mall with three adjoining luxury hotels with a combined total of more than 2,000 guest rooms.

This is the only flagship project in Singapore that uses seawater, cooling condensers and cuprous-nickel (70/30) tubes to completely eliminate the need for cooling towers.
